Happy Halloween!

This year Caleb ask to be a dinosaur again. Last year he was Stegosaurus. Really, a dinosaur again? Not an ice road trucker or a monster truck? "I want to be a triceratops." I was on the look out for a triceratops costume. Last year I found his costume at Gymboree and this year, what did they have? A triceratops costume! What luck! We attended a few Halloween parties this year where he could dress up and he loved it! They make these costumes so warm and cozy and luckily it was chilly on Halloween night, so it worked out nicely. We walked our entire street from culdesac to culdesac. He had a blast saying "Trick or Treat and Thank you!" What I noticed is that 50% of the homes just offered a bowl on their front porch. I did not do that when we left as I don't trust the kids to take just one piece as Kerry reminded me that he would dump the entire bowl into his bag as a kid! Once we got home, we had a few "customers" as Caleb called them in which he helped pass out candy, but I think everyone was out when we were so we had half a bowl left over! Once we got home, Caleb spread out his collection of treats and marveled over all of it! Because he is 3, I let him have 3 pieces of candy which I somewhat regret because he did not fall asleep til after 11pm that night! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Kieran was our little sweet pea. He of course inherited Caleb's infant costume for his first Halloween!
