Happy Birthday Caleb!

It is hard to believe my first baby cakes is now 3! This past weekend Nana & Papa came to visit for his party and Caleb could hardly wait to see them! We had made a countdown calendar since August that he marked off every day until his birthday and we finally made it! When Nana & Papa arrived on Friday morning, Papa decided to take Caleb out to the neighborhood garage sales. They came back awhile later with a few bags in hand! I told Caleb to tell Papa, "You spoil me and I love you!" which he did! Saturday was the much anticipated monster truck party. Nana was in charge of the monster truck cake and she did a fantastic job! We celebrated with some friends and enjoyed the special day! By Sunday, Caleb was so pooped that he actually fell asleep on the couch right before Nana & Papa had to leave for the airport. This never happens so you know he was exhausted! They kissed him goodbye and flew back home to AZ. Once Caleb got up to find that they had left, he was very upset. It nearly broke our hearts, but he was so tired, he needed the rest after a long weekend.

I can't believe he is already 3! I know I said this last year when he turned 2, but the time flies! We love you so much buddy and have been so thrilled to see you grow and become the wonderful little man you are! You make us laugh and smile every day! I hope you loved your monster truck party!
