The end is near!

At my weekly checkup today, I was already at 3cm! Woohoo! I was hoping some of this random cramping I have had the past few weeks was worth something! The doctor said that was a sign that the baby is down and ready for delivery! Though, my previous OB said the same thing about Caleb 2 weeks prior to his delivery! Ha! I guess I am just waiting for the next cramp because that could be it. I was already 5cm when I arrived at the hospital with Caleb and progressed pretty quickly so a part of me is nervous about this one. Yes, I want baby to come sooner than the 19th, but I do want enough time for that lovely epidural! My bag is packed and I am ready to meet this little bundle, just hoping and praying for a safe delivery!

I am also relieved that Nana & Papa are here to help us with Caleb. Papa leaves Sunday (he changed his trip plans and came into town for a dear friend's funeral this week) and Nana comes on Monday afternoon. My doctor's fun prediction was that I would go into labor on Monday night. If that is the case, we should be good to go, although I had plans to celebrate Caleb's potty party as well as Nana's birthday then! Although they would get to share their birthday with my sister and that would be pretty cool since Kerry shares his birthday with her daughter!

We shall see when baby decides to make his or her debut. Papa is surprisingly calling a girl this time while Nana calls a boy. Caleb wants a brother and I am assuming he is right since my pregnancy was not much different than before. Oh, the anticipation!
