Last week we headed out to Phoenix to visit Kerry's family. An early spring getaway if you will, but it wasn't so sunny this trip. Our weather was quite similar in Noblesville while we were away, imagine that! We got to spend 5 days with them and catch up with some old friends as well. It was nice to just relax and not have to worry about Caleb 24/7 because Nana & Papa were glad to entertain him! He had a blast with them, tiring Papa out with the same routine of trucks, dinosaurs, golf, pool table, dancing, walks, etc!One of the highlights of this trip for me was reuniting with an elementary school friend who I had learned lived in the Phoenix area shortly after I moved to Indiana. If only I had known sooner! We were able to grab lunch and catch up on our lives over a few hours time. It was like we had just seen each other last week, although it had been 20 years! I was so glad we got to see each other again after all these years.

y and I were able to have a lovely date night out to the movies and dinner. It was nice to have the free babysitting that we miss so dearly! We had a great visit with family one last time before the baby is born as I don't foresee much traveling the remainder of this year with two kiddos! We were able to enjoy some missed foods like In N Out and Carne Asada. Papa also got me into Crunch n Munch and Carmel Tootsie Pops while I was there....more sweets this pregnant lady doesn't need!Caleb did great in the airport pulling his Toy Story suitcase and on the plane! He loves flying and going to see

Sounds like you had a wonderful time. Wish we could have meet up with you guys. Maybe next time you guys visit we will be going to Spring Training and we can meet up :):).
