SOLD!!!!!
I received a call from my realtor this morning at 730 with an offer. I could not believe what I was hearing. I had 2 showings the first day on the market and someone loved it that much to make an offer! Wow! Today, we had another showing and another offer. We countered the first offer and they accepted this afternoon for more than the asking price. What? Kerry and I are completely amazed at God's awesome power. I never would have thought I could sell my house in less than 48 hours in this economy! Now the stress of paying rent and a mortgage are no longer present. Now, I just have to hope and pray everything goes smoothly with the escrow process. What an exciting and blessed day! Amen!

Robin - I am dumbfounded. We have bought and sold 5 houses and we had a similar experience where one of our houses sold in 24 hours...BUT..it was during the housing Boom in Arizona. So how you have SOLD your house this quickly and for MORE than the asking...it's unexplainable...only with God could this have happened. Seriously. BEST WISHES to you, Kerry, Caleb and Speedy!!!
